Hi and welcome! I’m Lou-Anne, a working mom who loves to dabble in a bit of everything to make my home and personal life a little piece of heaven for me, my family and friends. I am no Martha Stewart but I love to be creative through decorating, entertaining and the love of homemade food. I enjoy trying and sharing recipes and ideas that are practical, interesting and enjoyed by the people who mean the most to me.
My real job is working at an advertising agency. I love being part of the creative process and believe there is creativity in everything we do in life. My daughter Emma and husband Paul, often tell me I need to share my ideas and recipes. They are the ones who actually encouraged me to start this blog.
My kitchen is the heart of our home. Cooking and entertaining for family and friends is when I am at my most comfortable and happiest.
